The Sen Corp chopper flies low over the East end of the Mexico gulf, the strong winds and heavy rain tattering against the glass. Sen removes his handheld from his harness and pulls up the data. Looking it over as he scrolls through before hitting the headset com.
"It's the cyclone is moving t0o slow, see if we can direct the energy to speed it up. The news reports will say it is 3 hours out of forecast" He pauses for a moment, "I want the eye to just miss the border between Louisiana and Mississippi, then turn due west to Texas." He listens for a moment as the people on the other end speak to him, looking down at the data and shakes his head. "The cyclone is just the precursor. Listen closely because this is what we will test next."

Sen pulls up his notes on his handheld, as hits the talk button on his com. "Once the eye of the storm reaches the mainland, I want to make sure you can dip that jet stream down just enough to clash with the warmer air right across Oklahoma. You will run file number G 4 Dash eleven. That should put a line of tornadoes that will streak all the way across to South Carolina." Sen pauses again as he looks out the window the flash of lightning illuminating the cabbing of the chopper as it streams along the coast of Mexico.
"Understand that there will be loss of life, but, the only way we are going to know how to stop this, is by learning how to kill the beast." He hits the end button on the call still looking out the window as he whispers to himself. "Even if we have to make that beast." Sen looks over to the pilot, patting him on the shoulder and giving him the signal to return to Sen City.
He sets his handheld down, the display of the energy output growing as the cyclone model targets down on the Gulf of Mexico. The center red of the storm growing larger and moving closer to the coast of the United States.
