If you venture into Sen City and find your way to the bar, inside you will find a spot where you can buy your official War Room riding vest.

Once you slip on this symbol of pride you will no longer just be a visitor to the bar. You become part of the family. It gives you special rights. You can drink at the bar for half price. You are allowed to ride your own bike around the city, and the dancers always give you your lap dances for free.
