In keeping with civilized culture the planning for a specialized fire department to be on hand in Sen City has taken ground.

Given the strange fire that was set to a local building just months before the storm city planners devised the fire and rescue division for Sen City. The department is lead by Fire Chief Mendle. On contract by SenCorp Chief Mendle has the experience that was needed to deal with all of the cities rescue and medical emergencies.

Fire Chief Mendle, rolled in to Sen City from the ocean transport last week with a full range of fire fighting and medical rescue vehicles and equipment. The first task given to Fire Chief Mendle was to follow up on a unsolved case of arson that happened before the natural disaster that claimed the island. A specialized computer system developed for forensic analysis has been given to the new department by Sen Corp. It is said that Fire Chief Mendle has a number of leads to follow up on to investigate the arson and once his fact finding mission is over will be turning over the evidence to the local police to carry on with justice.
